The OSC today launched an enforcement action against David and Natasha Sharpe of Bridging Finance infamy. They stand accused of defrauding investors of millions through "dishonesty and deceit". The clients lost about $1.3B in this debacle. Those responsible face millions in fine and disgorgment, but no jail time, as this is a case before the OSC's administrative tribunal.
